Run2gether 4th The Championship

“Everyone is the champion” was this year (2019) Run2gether theme. With more than 2,000 runners with disabilities and 1,500 volunteers or guide-runners in 5 cities, Run2gether was the largest running event for runner with disabilities in Thailand.

Run2gether is a community of runners with and without disabilities with the goal of more than just promoting good health.

By pairing up both types of runner together, they have an opportunity to get to know each other, learn from each other, and create a shared experience along the track. This shared experience forms a bond of friendship that goes beyond their differences. And this friendship is the key to raising awareness about people with disabilities in the society.

The community accepts all kinds of disability from visually impaired, hearing impaired, physically impaired, mental and intellectual disabilities are also welcome. Some of them are here to run, some are here just to hang out with a friend. In here, we are all equal, we are all friends.

This year Run2gether events happen in 5 cities of Thailand; Chiang Mai, Udonthani, Chonburi, Suratthani, and Bangkok with the support of Krungthai Axa life Insurance who has been a patronage of the community for 3 consecutive years and ThaiHealth Foundation.
